As President and CEO of Canter International, Andrew formed The Canter Group to capitalize on Southern California's current dislocation in the residential real estate arena caused by massive over speculation and illiquidity. Andrew continues to oversee and act as the sole Principal of TCG, where his pioneering entrepreneurial spirit has consistently generated annual returns in excess of 60 percent even in the face of this current economic downturn. The Company has consistently focused on assets that are neglected by traditional institutional and equity investors because of disinformation, lack of economies of scale and other special situations.

Andrew has successfully grown The Canter Group from a small boutique real estate firm to a full-scale real estate office. Under Andrew's direct guidance, TCG offers a full suite of services including brokerage, construction, and consulting all while keeping integrity and quality at the utmost echelon of the industry. The Company is held under the Canter International umbrella of companies, along with joint ventures in several geographies and several business arenas in which Andrew acts as an active investor.

Andrew has overseen more than $100,000,000 of distressed real estate transactions since 2006 and continues to be an active and diligent investor in growing several arenas. Prior to his founding of Canter International and TCG, Andrew's background of combined experience of investment planning, construction management, and finance allows him to distinguish the undefined opportunities and capitalize upon them. He is a licensed Real Estate broker in the State of California and has held Series 7, 66, amongst other securities licenses. Andrew strives to give back to the community and those in need through a wide variety of local, state, and national charities across the spectrum from international relief organizations to individuals who may need a helping hand.
